PL is based in Jacksonville, Florida.  We provide full consulting services in the areas of Land Planning and Landscape Architecture.  We also provide illustrative graphics for clients to envDowntown Jacksonvilleision our designs during the conceptual development of a project. Although we specialize in Land Planning and Landscape Architecture, we also offer other consulting services. After working for many years for a Landscape Architecture Firm and then for a large multi-disciplinary engineering firm, the principal has not only gained expertise in his field, he has surrounded himself by other respected professionals, such as civil engineers and architects, structural engineers, and builders that he works with to accomplish the client’s needs and objectives.

From conceptual development to design development, and finally implementation, we use a smart common sense approach in all our projects by always listening to what the client is asking for and then giving solutions to solve the design problems.

he Principal, Jordan P. Limburg is a Registered Landscape Architect in the State of Florida with 16 combined years of Landscape Architecture, Land Planning, Civil Engineering, and Survey experience.  He has worked on many public and private sector projects in the commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial areas.  Before becoming a consultant he worked in a large multi-disciplinary engineering firm,

  • serving as the Senior Land Planner and Designer on projects,
  • managing projects from the conceptual stages through the final construction documentation,
  • providing solutions to clients through
    • design,
    • cad production,
    • estimating,
    • creating budgets,
    • permitting, and
    • construction administration to assure successful completion of the projects.    

In support of marketing efforts, he prepared high quality graphical renderings for brochures, website graphics, and for clients to envision the design during conceptual stages.

 

Part of his development in becoming a Landscape Architect was achieved by serving for seven years in the Seabees in the United States Navy and deploying to locations all over the world.  As a member of a Construction Battalion in the Corp of Civil Engineers, he supported construction efforts as survey crew leader and provided material testing and soil testing plus civil design.

Through years of experience in his field, military service, and formal education, he has gained the expertise to solve your design problems and provide solutions.
